Ghirardelli Subscription Boxes

I developed a 12-month subscription box system extending the Ghirardelli chocolate brand through holiday and seasonal collections. I conceptualized the contents for each month and designed inserts to introduce the products included in each box, while developing packaging and product mockups for four of the months.

The goal was to create a cohesive system that could adapt to the distinct color palettes, imagery, and themes of each holiday or season. Because Ghirardelli is widely recognized for its chocolate squares, I incorporated the square as a recurring visual element across the packaging. This created a consistent design language that connected the collections back to the Ghirardelli brand while allowing each month's box to have its own visual identity.
